ePapers.lk is a free GCE Advanced Level and Ordinary Level past-paper library for Sri Lankan students. W3S Solutions designed and built it as a clean, fast, completely open repository - question papers, marking schemes and paper reviews in Sinhala, English and Tamil, with no registration, no OTP and no paywall standing between a student and the paper they need.
Built on Laravel 11 with a MySQL content library and a Tailwind-styled, mobile-first front end, the platform organises thousands of resources into a logical hierarchy and gives the team behind it a full admin back office to keep every subject and year up to date. It is a community initiative by echem.lk (Dr. Amila Dasanayake).
Past papers are technically "everywhere" online - and that is exactly the problem. For most students preparing for the A/L and O/L exams, the traditional way of hunting them down quietly wastes hours of study time:
