ECHEM is the online home of Dr. Amila Dasanayake's Advanced Level Chemistry programme. W3S Solutions designed and engineered echem.lk as a custom learning management system and a full education ERP - one platform that delivers protected video lessons and live classes to students while running payments, exams, materials, logistics and reporting for the institute behind the scenes.
Built on Laravel 9 and Vue.js 3 and hosted on AWS, the system now serves thousands of students across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka - replacing a stack of disconnected spreadsheets, cash books and WhatsApp groups with a single source of truth.
Like most high-demand tuition classes in Sri Lanka, ECHEM had outgrown the physical hall. The model that built the brand was also capping it - and the day-to-day operations were running on manual effort that no team could keep accurate at scale.
